Tara and Jamie were surrounded by close friends and family as they exchanged vows under the grape arbor on Saturday at Hunt Country. I absolutely loved the setting and tone of the ceremony… the last rays of a beautiful sunset filtered through the grape vines as everyone laughed and cried through the ceremony. All of the family and guests were so funny and warm, and reminded me a lot of my family… they kept me laughing pretty much all day!

This moment made everyone laugh- Tara was so excited after they were officially announced “Mr. and Mrs.” that instead of going right in for the kiss, she started clapping!

The girls were a bit nervous about their toasts, so they went up together- strength in numbers!

Jamie was a little reluctant to join the dance party that formed out on the veranda, but he had some help.

Paula and Eric were married at the beautiful Shadow Lake Golf Club on Sunday. The ceremony was held right on the edge of the water on a small rock pier, and the day was just gorgeous- blue sky, puffy clouds, my favorite! Paula and Eric live in New Jersey, and brought a bunch of friends back with them for the wedding- including my big brother, Matt, and my sister-in-law, Kerri! The whole day was a blast, and let’s just say those Jersey-ites know how to party…

I love this picture! It was a very complicated bustling process.

Guests were given baby trees to plant in honor of Paula and Eric. When Paula was in kindergarten, she was given a Blue Spruce to plant and nurture, and it is still flourishing at her parents’ house. How sweet!
