Julie and Eamon • Rochester Wedding Photography
I’ve known Julie since she was a wee baby (I was kind of a wee child myself, I think I’ve got 5 years on you Julie?) and she is the auntie of blog superbaby Jack so when she and her mom contacted me about photographing her wedding, I was so excited! Julie met Eamon, an Australian, in college- she was his R.A. I told her I hoped she abused her authority position!
We had a perfect spring day for the wedding, and when I showed up at Julie’s parents’ house everyone was in good spirits. Julie was just getting dressed… what a stunner!

I love details like this.

Here’s a sweet moment with Julie’s dad Fred and flower girl Ella peeking out the window before the ceremony. He is such a good grandpa!

After the ceremony while we were organizing everyone for the formals, Julie turned to me and said “I just need to know one thing… did you get the kiss?” Girl, I’ve got you covered!

Ye Olde Bridal Party:

The reception was at Casa Larga Vineyards in Fairport, NY. For Julie and Eamon’s first dance, their family and friends held hands and made a big circle around them and moved around them, occasionally raising their arms to make a sort of canopy around the new couple. It was such a sweet sight, but slightly dangerous as I dodged all the flying fists! ![]()
Father-daughter.
I loved the view out the windows as the sun was setting!

The girls did a bit of choreographed dancing, which is always a good thing!

And so did the guys.

Work it out, Jeremy!

And here are some portraits from earlier in the day…

Thanks for letting me share your day Julie and Eamon! Congratulations!

Wow Megan! Gorgeous wedding! I love “Ye Olde Bridal Party”. I don’t know how you did that- but it’s awesome! You guys lucked out with some gorgeous sky in those dancin pics. So pretty! And my favorite is the second to last pic. I love the lighting behind them and the vineyard and the cute intimate moment.
